Brief Description: Franklin Square Playground is a Mission District park featuring a popular artificial turf soccer field. The park also has a picnic area and will soon receive a new playground.
After Renovation: Lights have been added to the soccer field and now allow for evening play! These lights will improve the safety of the area at night and provide a new resource for soccer-loving residents, including an estimated additional 1,285 hours of play time each year.
